Billing & Payment Help

All Tutor Nico payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. This means you'll see "Paddle.com" (not "Tutor Nico") on your bank or credit card statement.

For billing-related actions, check your Paddle receipt email. From there you can:

  • View and download receipts
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Request a refund

If you can't find your receipt email, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll help you locate it.
